Uni at the moment....just the start of a degree and i am getting A LOT and i mean A LOT of work :(.
For our first 'real' project we have to design film posters for a certain film. The film we have picked ourselfs out of a list we were given..
Sadly, i have picked a film desbribed as ' pets control their owners' - Now I am learning this decision was a BIG mistake ( for the amount of designs i have to produce)
We have to create 20 YES 20, A3 pages of designs. - about 8 on a page .. so nearly 200 designs!
thankfully the designs have to be simple ideas and not works of art :P doing most of my work on photoshop, or just quick illustrations.
So far... 3 pages of A3.. only 17 more to go... ahah, wish me luck! As you can see I am so organised also!
Just got myself a new camera too - Canon 1000D, beautiful camera :) love it! deffiantly worth the money - officially skint now!
..Still Reading up on how to use the camera and its functions correctly - shame on you A level and college photography for not teaching us what aperture and shutter speed is and how to use them!
- first image i took with my new camera, messing with shutter speed and lighting :-)
I'm off to London this weekend also, probs be a good idea to take my camera, but its so bloody heavy and expensive!
Slower shutter speed is best for dark places - flickering candles and fireworksssss, and aperture, i think its meant to be the closer the object, the lower it should be, so that the background is out of focus, not 100% sure, you probs know this already though, as i havent been taught a thing about photography in life ever :P x
ReplyDeleteyeah im just teaching myself , youtube n the internet ahaha.. so stupid that college dont teach this!!!!
